Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, responsive owner, comfortable and clean apartment. Has necessary amenities for a 2-week stay, like microwave. Enjoyed patio for kids, working out, and coffee. Always available parking. Fast responses to questions. Door codes instead of keys, clean and functional kitchen appliances. Spacious property with most essentials.

Great Location: The apartment was conveniently located in Olawa, allowing us to easily spend valuable time with our family.
Fridge Dusty: The fridge had some dust accumulated, but it didn't affect our stay significantly.

My recent stay at Apartamenty Rio was fantastic! I stayed for two weeks and it had everything I needed. The communication with the property owner was excellent - they were quick to respond and always kind, even when I asked a lot of questions. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave that I really enjoyed using. The patio was a great feature - perfect for my kids to play and for me to relax and have a cup of coffee. It was also convenient that parking was always available. I strongly recommend Apartamenty Rio.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I got an amazing value for my money at Apartamenty Rio in Olawa. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my two-week stay. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff was quick to respond and always kind.
As for the breakfast selection, it could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Loved the convenient door codes and not having to deal with keys. The apartment was pretty clean and the appliances worked well. Who needs excessive cleaning equipment, right?
Oh, I just adored the dusty drawers, dirty shower, and yellow-stained toilet seat. And let's not forget the smelly trash can and rusty chairs on the balcony.
